Usually you can get $100; some grocery stores will even give you more cash. Thats definitely not bad at all. Is this at a local credit union? I noticed some smaller bank have good deals like this but what bugs me is the ATM problem. You just have to agree to get your banking statement online, have one direct deposit per month, and make 10 purchases per month with your debit card.
